After I receive the information needed to complete the loan application, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate and an application package for your signature via a secure download or encrypted email. You will need to return the signed forms to me for loan processing and final approval. Once received, I will need to order the appraisal and title work. The appraisal will be performed by an appraiser that is local to the area where the property is located. You will need to pay the appraiser at the time of the inspection. I will discuss this process in detail prior to ordering the appraisal. Once the appraisal and title work are received, the underwriter will issue a "clear to close". From there, we set up a closing date with the investor and close. Congratulations!
